The Schedule
Stark Class Progression
- At Stark we organize our classes in terms of intensity and complexity.
- Complexity is about how many different options you have per game. So it's about how complex it will be.
- Intensity is about how though the classes are physically. Ideally you start with the bootcamp, then move to the beginners class and then try the intermediate and standing classes when you feel ready.
- We recommend doing at least 20 beginner classes before going trying the intermediate and standing classes.
- For the all levels classes the class will vary depending on the people in the class.
- The arrow represent the recommended class progression.
