While we follow the schedule for 99% of the classes, there are exceptions sometimes, and those aren't reflected on this page, so:
Current members: Always check the Sportbit app before showing up.
Gi Classes: Classes in the gi, intermediate & advanced. Learn more about our Gi BJJ Classes here.
No-Gi classes: Classes in no-gi, intermediate and advanced. Learn more about our no-gi BJJ classes here.
Standing BJJ: Standing classes, gi or no-gi depending on the class cycle. More than just judo or wrestling but actual standing focused on BJJ. Includes stuff like standing back takes, guard pull counters, flying submissions etc. Learn more about our standing BJJ classes here.
BJJ Beginner's Classes: A 2-month, repeating program to learn all the foundations and have a basic understanding of every position. Learn more about our BJJ beginners program here.
Gi or No-Gi Sparring: Sparring session where we warm up with some speed drills, then go into positional sparring and free sparring.
